Presolicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for three (3) months with Continuum of Care Inc., 109 Legion Ave, New Haven, CT 06519. The contractor will be responsible for providing room, board and ambulatory transportation for Veterans admitted to the VA Connecticut Healthcare System s Mental Health (MH) Residential Rehabilitation Treatment program (RRTP) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program. The Contractor shall provide all services to include materials, supplies, equipment and qualified supervision. Due to the existing contract relationship with VA Connecticut, as well as their specialized expertise in this area, Continuum of Care Inc. is the only vendor that can provide RRTP and PTSD services. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The applicable NAICS code is 623220 with a $19.0 MIL size standard. The PSC is Q518. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
