FAC 2025-06 10/01/2025 This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of an open market sole source award for On-Site Ablation Equipment and Technical Assistance to support the Omaha NE VA Hospital Interventional Radiologists when Microwave Ablation (MWA) and Cryoablation procedures are being performed to maximize patient safety. The proposed award is to the Agiliti Health Inc under the authority of FAR 13.5; simplified procedures for certain commercial products and commercial services. The Omaha NE VA requires the contractor to furnish all personnel, supplies (except gases), and equipment necessary to perform Microwave Ablation and Cryoablation procedures during normal business hours to eligible beneficiaries of the VA NWIHCS. The contractor s trained and experienced technician will assist and support the VA Interventional Radiologist by providing technical expertise and guidance during procedures and by providing all needed mobile MWA / Cryoablation (ablation) equipment and supplies (MWA/Cryoablation unit). The only known firm, Agiliti Health Inc, is capable of providing the required services. Services to include the following: Services and equipment required include, but are not limited to, management, training, labor, time, transportation, equipment, mobile ablation equipment, tools, supplies (except gases), maintenance and repair of all contractor furnished equipment, and a fully qualified technician. The unit price shall be an all-inclusive per procedure price. The experienced and qualified technician will assist and support VA Imaging Interventionist Physicians using the mobile ablation equipment. Services are required for complex Microwave Ablation (MWA) and Cryoablation (Cryo) procedures in order to optimize successful patient outcomes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q522, Medical-Radiology. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement by submitting a capability statement that clearly identifies the ability to provide the required services.
