    Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), or invitation for bid (IFB). Responses to this notice will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding agreement or contract. Vendor submission in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility and will not pay for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Government is issuing this sources sought notice as market research to determine the availability of vendors interested and capable of providing Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center located in Dublin GA 31021. The services are required for one (1) base year, and (4) one-year option periods beginning October 1, 2025. The anticipated NAICS is 621512, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. Information obtained from this notice will be used to determine the appropriate procurement strategy, to include but not limited to, whether this requirement is eligible for a set-aside. Vendors are encouraged to review the entire SOW before responding to this notice. Vendors are advised to review this entire notice, including the draft Statement of Work prior to responding to this notice. Vendors are also advised that this requirement is subject to change before the issuance of a solicitation. This notice does not guarantee the issuance of a solicitation. If you are a small business, are you able to comply with the Limitations on Subcontracting at 13 CFR § 125.6 in performing this requirement? The Agency welcomes any industry input.
