    This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be award from this announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to suggested NAICS code 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a business size standard of $19.0 Million and suggested Product Service Code (PSC) Q522, Medical Radiology. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) is seeking contractor to provide professional teleradiology services for radiology examinations performed throughout the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS). Radiology services are available at four GCVHCS sites (Biloxi MS, Mobile AL, Pensacola FL and Panama City Beach FL) and two DoD sites (Eglin AFB and Keesler AFB). Contract services will include off-campus film interpretation via network connection to the VA informatics system. Interpretation will include immediate communications of results both when an interpretation is requested stat or with a critical emergent test result. Contractor must be a U.S. based corporation capable of final interpretation and reporting services via the Contractor s secure Teleradiology network. Interpretation services will be conducted by board certified Radiologists. Contractor shall provide all professional personnel and technical support, medical and other equipment, telecommunication, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform, implement and administer these teleradiology services to meet the specific medical needs of the GCVHCS. The Contractor is responsible for all Contractor personnel, subcontractors, agents, and anyone acting for or on behalf of the Contractor. Services provided under the contract are not to be performed outside of the United States. Responses to these sources sought must include the following information: 1. Your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, e mail address(s) and SAM Unique Entity ID and company website if available. 2. Your company GSA/FSS contract number if available. 3. Socio economic status of business (i.e. SDVOSB/VOSB, 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business, Small disadvantaged business, or Small Business HUB Zone business) 4. Capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Interested contractor should submit an email to stephanie.keo@va.gov. All responses must be received in writing no later than 3:00 PM CT on April 16, 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided. No solicitation document is available at this time; this notice is to acquire information only. Contractor interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
