The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511, with a small business size standard of $34 Million, and the FSC/PSC is Q601. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award an Open Market Sole Source Firm Fixed award to provide services assign the current appropriate International Classification of Diseases; Current Procedural Terminology; and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System Level II codes based on electronic health record documentation of outpatient, surgical, and inpatient care and services provided at or under the auspices of a Veterans Health Administration facility, to include all community outpatient clinics, when applicable, and to conduct coding audits of inpatient and outpatient episodes as requested by a Veterans Health Administration facility. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by 12:00 PM PST on September 19, 2025 via email to Parmpreet.pannu@va.gov. All responses received by the closing date specified herein will be considered by the Government, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the same services by the required date. However, a determination by the Government to not compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
