This effort supports the strengthening of the U.S. Manufacturing and Defense Industrial Base, aligning with the goals of Presidential Executive Order 13806.
QCCCF is located at Rock Island, IL and is a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility for the manufacturing of steel and brass cartridge cases. The QCCCF is comprised of approximately 180,000 square feet inside of Building 299 located on the Rock Island Arsenal, which includes 147,500 square feet of manufacturing space and 26,000 square feet of storage space, and 6,500 square feet of administrative space.
