QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:  On behalf of the Bureau and Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of the Chief Information Office (CIO), the Treasury Common Services Center - Acquisiton Services intends to award a contract to Propel Software Solutions Inc. on a sole source basis. The renewal software licenses include: 5 each of Product Performance Licenses/Year, 200 each of Product Quality Licenses/Year, 500 each of Product Collaboration Licenses/Year and 1 Govcloud(SKU P0051).  The Period of performance is 06/13/2026-06/12/2031 and consists of a base plus four (4) option years to ensure continuity of operations, maintain uninterrupted access to the eQMS environment supporting BEP's ISO9001:2015 quality managment processes, and reduce the administrative burden and operational risk associated with annual renewals.

This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. No requests for capability briefings will be considered. A solicitation package will not be posted publicly and requests for copies of the solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future would be in the best interest of the Government.  Responsible sources may submit a capability statement by the notice closing date.
