THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY ¿ The Bureau of Reclamation, Security Office located in Denver, Colorado has a need to establish a multi-year, multi-award Basic Purchase Agreement (BPA) for American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter services with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic disciplines (STEM) commonly found in Reclamation. Additionally, orders issued under this BPA will be for in-person or remote requirements shall not exceed the micro purchase threshold. This Pre-solicitation Notice is solely issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only, under North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) 541930 for Translation and Interpretation Services. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Bureau of Reclamation is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Responses to the Pre-solicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to continue to monitor the Beta Sam Opportunities (www sam.gov) site. The Bureau of Reclamation, Service Office, Denver, Colorado plans to award a Small Business set-aside Firm Fixed Price/Labor hour BPA. This Pre-solicitation Notice seeks to provide information to potential interested parties of the upcoming opportunity. This office plans to post the solicitation on or about February of 2025.
