Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office, intends to award a sole source contract to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) for law enforcement dispatch services.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation will provide dispatch services that support BLM law enforcement personnel across the State of Wyoming. These services ensure timely communication, coordination, and response capabilities that are essential for public safety and protection of federal lands, resources, and personnel.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation package will be issued. Telephone or fax requests will not be accepted.

Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit clear and convincing evidence of their capabilities in writing. The Government will evaluate all responses received by the deadline to determine if a competitive procurement is appropriate. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the Government's discretion.

Responses are due no later than September 23, 2025.
