    THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A LOGICAL FOLLOW-ON CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations. USFWS Gulf Restoration Office intends to award a combination firm fixed price and time & material follow-on contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C). In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order provided that the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures.
