The intended Contractor is OPTIMUMEDICINE LLC, located at 5010 S Decatur Blvd, Suite G/H, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Transportation services will include escort and transport services for eligible veteran patients of the Department of Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS). This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from one source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 485999 All other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation.
