This is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research revealed that Broadnet is the only internet townhall provider capable of providing the needed services for a quarterly online townhall to service the Veteran community within the Omaha, NE region (see attached Statement of Work for requirements). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 512110 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is R499. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency by e-mailing such statement and supporting documentation to Curt LaRose, Contracting Officer, curt.larose@va.gov by 0800 Central Time 07/20/2026. Such documentation will be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis.
