    Statement of Work Web-Based Credit Monitoring Veterans Benefits Administration Louisville Regional Office The Fiduciary Hub within the Louisville Regional Office is required to conduct credit checks for new Fiduciary's appointed to handle the affairs of those Veterans and beneficiaries that are in the fiduciary program. All checks are conducted via an internet portal and require no software to be added to the system. GENERAL: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide credit checks for those individuals being considered for placement as fiduciaries to handle Veteran and/or beneficiaries personal financial transactions. Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide web-based applications to allow authorized Louisville Regional Office employees the ability to conduct credit checks as defined in this Statement of Work. Objectives: The objective is to provide quality web-based services with minimal "down time", in order for the regional office to conduct its business. Scope: The web-based application shall be accessible by authorized VA employees 24/7 as dictated by regular working schedules, workload and overtime availability. The contractor shall provide these services. The cost should be a monthly fee for unlimited access to the web-based application. Period of Performance: Base Year plus Four Option Years.
