Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide web-based applications to allow authorized Louisville Regional Office employees the ability to conduct credit checks as defined in this Statement of Work. Objectives: The objective is to provide quality web-based services with minimal "down time", in order for the regional office to conduct its business. Scope: The web-based application shall be accessible by authorized VA employees 24/7 as dictated by regular working schedules, workload and overtime availability. The contractor shall provide these services. The cost should be a monthly fee for unlimited access to the web-based application. Period of Performance: Base Year plus Four Option Years.
