    NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD NC08, contracting representing C.W. Bill Young Veterans Administration Medical Center (Bay Pines) intends to negotiate with AcuStaf for AcuStaf Development Corp- Scheduling Labor Management System, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source requirement is to provide Scheduling Labor Management System across the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System to aid in labor scheduling. Bay Pines will not be switching scheduling systems; any proposed software must be able to incorporate and work with Acustafs proprietary software. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to michael.shook@va.gov. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at michael.shook@va.gov no later than 08 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT.
