OutFront Media’s proprietary ON Smart Media platform is a critical asset for the Navy. The platform accelerates the transition from static to digital billboards, enabling precise audience targeting, real time messaging, and more relevant content delivery to prospective recruits and candidates. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 5.2, using Simplified Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services at FAR Part 12. As stated previously, the government intends to solicit this acquisition on a sole source basis to OutFront Media of New York, New York. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated task order. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
