Regarding the RFAAP Competitive solicitation, the Government is requesting feedback on the following areas specifically: a. Revamped Sections C, L and M (definitions, requirements, strategies, deliverables, etc). Request feedback on this strategy vs. the prior L&M posted in December 2025. b. NC Fines/Legacy Waste - Does this fit best in the Integrated Waste Stream Management Plan as currently built in Section L, or should it move to Facility Reset Plan? What does Industry need from the Government in order to price this requirement as a separately priced FFP CLIN?
