The scope includes hardware and software development, changes to meet new requirements and the addition of alternate parts to drawings where applicable, test, qualification, Special Test Equipment (STE) updates, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) updates, release to production, and National Security Agency (NSA) Information Assurance (IA) certifications. Additionally, support of the prime contractor’s and Government’s platform integration within scope. This contract is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(l) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of Tomahawk, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience, and tooling to produce the requirements described herein to satisfy the Government's requirement. Unless otherwise stated herein, no formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. Request for same will be disregarded. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
