1. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source
contract to ACTION TARGET. The requirement to procure action target walls to update the
action target wall system already in place. The requirements will be in accordance with the
specifications in the statement of work (SOW).

The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends
to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

@ 1400 EST. No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal
(RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis
of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although
“proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as
information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement
IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
