    THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and permits to conduct a Federal and State listed rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species survey for mammals on approximately 1,773 acres at West Thompson Lake, N. Grosvenordale, CT. Maps and comprehensive reports shall be submitted for all inventory work and analysis. In addition, the Government may choose to exercise at the time of award optional tasks to conduct RTE species surveys of birds, reptiles, invertebrates (mollusks and insects), and plants on approximately 1,773 acres at West Thompson Lake. Maps and comprehensive reports shall be submitted for all inventory work and analysis. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise at the time of award an optional task to conduct an invasive terrestrial plant survey on approximately 1,773 acres at West Thompson Lake. Maps and comprehensive reports shall be submitted for all inventory work and analysis. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
