    Description

    UPDATE

    This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been re-opened for one week to allow for all responses to be mailed to MICC Fort Leavenworth as required and inidicated in the Solicitation. 

    This solicitation will be developed into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract vehicle for an ordering period lasting from 22 July 2025 through 21 July 2030. This solicitation will not be developed into a requirements contract vehicle.

    Reading Efficiency and Comprehension Improvement Course (REACIC) is a non-personal services contract to provide an 8-hour Speed Reading class to improve US Army Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC) students reading speed and comprehension. As a result of the training the students reading comprehension will, at a minimum, increase an individual's reading speed by 50%. See Solicitation PWS/PRS for more details.
