The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology.
