This Posting includes the Final Request for Proposal and the associated Attachment 1 Solicitation Question and Response Form and Attachment 2 TPP C-37A. Do not include any proprietary information in your question(s). The Government will provide the question and answer to all potential offerors via sam.gov. All questions about this solicitation must be submitted via e-mail to the responsible Contract Specialist, Mr. Marcus Ravaglia at marcus.j.ravaglia.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Time on 15 July 2024. The Government is under no obligation to answer questions received after that date and time.
