    Description

    Recompete of the Ticket Program Manager (TPM) contract. The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a solicitation to obtain the services of a contractor for Ticket Program Manager services, which will include recruitment, activation, and support of Employment Networks (ENs) and support to beneficiaries to encourage and facilitate beneficiary participation in the Ticket to Work program. The solicitation will be conducted using full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by SSA. SSA anticipates the award of a single, cost-plus award fee contract. The contract period of performance will be for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods and one 6-month transition-out period. The estimated date for release of the solicitation is approximately April of 2025, with proposals being due approximately 30 days from the date of the solicitation release. Any amendments or other information relative to the solicitation will be posted to this SAM/FBO and FedConnect website. As such, interested sources are encouraged to register to receive notification. Hard copies of the solicitation and any related information will not be provided.
