FY24 Natchez National Historical Park ¿ Refinish First Floor Admin Headquarters.
The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement the Natchez National Historical Park.
The intent of this contract is to furnish all equipment, tools, labor, material, and supervision for the selective removal and refinishing of flooring, wall base and wall paint located on the +/- 4,300 sq ft ground floor admin wing at the Natchez National Historical Park, Natchez, Mississippi.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Below $50,000- $100,000Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Adams County, MS apply.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238330. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.
