The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 541511 with a standard size of $34M. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for one (1) base year and four (4) twelve month options resulting from this solicitation. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue a purchase order for the following requirements: REQUIREMENT- CLIN 0001 - BASE- 12 MONTHS- HOST, SUPPORT, AND MAINTAIN CUSTOM DATABASE - 15 June 2025 to 14 June 2026 CLIN 0002 - OPTION 1 - 12 MONTHS - HOST, SUPPORT, AND MAINTAIN CUSTOM DATABASE - 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2027 CLIN 0003 - OPTION 2 - 12 MONTHS - HOST, SUPPORT, AND MAINTAIN CUSTOM DATABASE- 15 June 2027 to 14 June 2028 CLIN 0004 - OPTION 3 - 12 MONTHS - HOST, SUPPORT, AND MAINTAIN CUSTOM DATABASE- 15 June 2028 to 14 June 2029. CLIN 0005 - OPTION 4 - 12 MONTHS - HOST, SUPPORT, AND MAINTAIN CUSTOM DATABASE.- 15 June 2029 to 14 June 2030 The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFP/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFP/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1)Technical: Technical proposal evaluation will consider such things as compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, technical excellence, management capability, personnel qualifications, and prior experience. 2) Price 3) Past Performance: Past Performance will be evaluated how the organization has performed on similar efforts in size and scope in the past. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
