REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF SECURITY DOORS

September 24, 2025: Issue Solicitation Amendment 0001 to extend offer due date and time to 10:00 am Hawaii Standard Time on September 27, 2025 and incorporate Questions and Answers.

This solicitation is for 298th Air Defense Group (ADG) Alt Ops Secure Door Replacement at the Pacific Air Defense Sector (PADS), Wheeler AAF, HI 96786.  See attached Statement of Work (SOW) SOW_16627882 - BLDG 300 Room 123 Alt Ops STC50 Rated Doors.

A site visit has been scheduled for September 18, 2025 at 9:00 am Hawaii Standard Time (HST).  See FAR clause 52.236-27 for attendance instructions.

The vendor’s quote shall include the following:
1. Price quotation, signed SF1442 and dated;

2. Amendments or acknowledgements (if applicable), signed and dated;

Quotes are due by 10:00 am HST September 25, 2025.  Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to jonathan.weber.14@us.af.mil and copy to cezar.y.deveas.mil@army.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the Government’s intent to award without discussions. Vendors are encouraged to present their best terms from a price and technical standpoint.

The Government expects competitive quotes to be submitted for this procurement and will use these competitive quotes to determine price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. Evaluation and award will be determined using Proposal Evaluation and Basis for Award factor in Section 00 22 16 – Supplementary Instructions to Proposers.
