REMOVAL, PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF U-SHAPED SALAD BAR AT CAMP ZAMA, JAPAN

This is a Presolicitation Notice issued in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2).

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUOTATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract to purchase and install U-Shaped Salad Bar for its Camp Zama SWR (bldg. 333), Kanagawa Prefecture, JAPAN.
Anticipated award date is around 31 Jul 2026 (subject to change).

Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, training and any other items or services necessary to procure and install the U-Shaped Salad Bar at SWR (bldg. 333), and remove and dispose of the existing Salad Bar.

Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan.
