Amendment 0001 START****Solicitation W912QR25QA072 is hereby amended as follows on 08 September 2025:The Wage Determination have been updated form Wage Rates_OH20250001_15AUG2025 to Wage Rates_OH20250001_05SEPT2025. *NOTE: The due date for quotes remains 11 September 2025 at 10:00 AM ET.**NOTE: All amendments shall be signed and submitted with the quote.*****Amendment 0001 END****This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to remove a pedestrian bridge and its embankments, as well as re-establish the streambank in the tail water area of Caesar Creek Lake. Please see the SOW that is attached for more information. The contractor will provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform the work as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The performance and responsibility of the contractor shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
