A. Rotor mill an area 150 LF x 2100 LF to a depth of 2 inches. B. Repave 150 LF x 2100 LF with 2 inches PG 76-22 binder FAA Mix in accordance with UFC 3-260-02. Groove new pavement in in accordance with UFGS 32 01 18.71(Grooving of Airfield Paving). C. Crack seal 4200 LF (2100 LF x 2) 25 FT wide shoulder areas D. Restripe all demolished stripes/markings with retroreflective (Type 1 or Type III beads) and white paint. Markings consists of 11 - 120 LF long arrows. A. This acquisition is for full and open competition. B. The NAICS Code is 237310; size standard is $45,000,000. C. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. D. Contract performance period is 60 calendar days. E. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). F. A site visit will be held on 29 May 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. with a meetup location at Main Gate Visitor Center on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.
