PROJECT TITLE: FORT MCCOY CONSTRUCT AND REPAIR CAMPGROUND BRIDGESPROJECT LOCATION: FORT MCCOY, WISCONSINPROVIDE ALL PARTS, LABOR, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, TRANSPORTATION AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT REPAIR REAL PROPERTY BRIDGE 04 (WO 3742); CONSTRUCT BRIDGE TO REPLACE NRP BAILEY AT CAMPGROUND (WO 3741) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK, DRAWINGS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER NAICS CODE 237310 WITH A CORRESPONDING SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45 MILLION. AMENDMENT 4 ADDS ATTACHMENT 11 ANSWERS TO VENDOR QUESTIONS.

Resolution notes: There was a Special Notice update made to the solicitation which is what the search criteria reflects, even though there have been more updates to the Solicitation since. In order for the Vendor to submit offers, they can follow the steps below.

- Log into PIEE and navigate to Solicitation
- Go to the Search tab and look up the Notice ID
- Click on the Solicitation number for the Special Notice (not the pre-solicitation)
- Scroll down to the bottom and expand the History section
- Click on the solicitation number for update 0004
- Click on the Offer tab to add the offer and submit
