The project is located along South Avenue, starting inside building 114, transitioning outside of the building and tracking along Parking Lot 131A, crossing 2nd Street, traversing along Parking Lot 144, finally crossing South Avenue and ending inside building 108 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The performance and payment bonds are required and add that this is a 100% small business set aside.
