This project shall accomplish a design-build repair of B43131. Repair cracks and spalls on concrete walls, beams, columns, roof, floor slab, and eaves. Repair to restore integrity of steel members that deteriorated due to corrosion and replace steel members where material loss exceeds 10% of the original thickness. Apply aromatic polyamide (ARAMID) or Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to canopy beams. Demolish existing ceiling tiles and install new tiles. Remove and reinstall electrical and other fixtures to facilitate repair works as needed. Paint areas that are subjected to repair work and restore original appearance. Demolish and dispose of waste material as appropriate. Abate and dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead- Based Paint (LBP).
