The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract to Repair Fire Pump in Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at Bldg 1029, Camp Zama(CZ). Anticipated award date is around 30 Apr 2026 (subject to change). Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to repair fire pump for maintenance hangar in building number (Bldg#)1029, Camp Zama (CZ). The contractor shall repair fire pump by replacing five (5) foot valves and related piping including bolt, nuts and packing with new items the same as existing or equal items. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Personnel Qualifications. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional Japanese certification for the entire life of this contract. • Fire law for performance of inspection/test fire Prevention equipment/systems (?1?????????????/No.1 and No.2 Fire Fighting Equipment/System Engineer License).
