It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to RTX Corporation DBA Pratt & Whitney (CAGE Code: 52661) as a result of this solicitation for the following items:

Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), RTX Corporation (Cage Code 55820), parts required to successfully perform the required repairs/overhauls. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs/overhauls are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation
The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.
NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USCG.
