Daily occupancy is about 25 people on a normal usage, and the weekends have high occupancy. A new HVAC system will be designed and any mold or water damaged areas removed, and finishes restored, such as re-painting or replacing ceiling tiles. Cybersecurity is also required for this project Renovation. The renovation shall include providing new HVAC units on the roof and providing any electrical equipment needed to support the new HVAC system, as well as providing duct smoke detectors. A HAZMAT survey was performed to determine the extent of mold that may need to be abated during demolition and refinishing. A plumbing sewer line needs repair at the latrines, to replace it with positive drainage to the existing sewer pump. Dollar magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
