The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Evaluation and Repair of APS-143 Radar Components - 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced to Telephonics Corporation, 815 Broad Hollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735-3904 as the only vendor able to provide the repair of APS-143 radar components for these are direct replacement parts. Any firms believing that they can provide may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0048 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
