The period of performance shall consist of a basic one-year period after contract award plus 4 Option periods. The total best estimated quantity is 180 ea every year for a total period of 5 years. The Government intends to award this effort to Martin Baker America, CAGE: 1Q842, 169 Jari Dr. Johnstown PA, 15904-6945, UNITED STATES. This award will be made as a sole source award since proprietary data rights exist and the government doesnt have data rights for this particular item. There will be no paper copies of this requirement mailed out.
