General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project consists of widening the roadway from 18 to 24, the existing roadway will need to be removed and replaced. Existing asphalt and base will be removed and disposed of off-site. Subgrade and new base course will be processed, tack coat and new SP-IV asphalt will be applied. Thermoplastic pavement markings and traffic signs will also be applied without disturbing existing tank trails. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued.
