REPAIR ROOFING AT YOUTH BASEBALL FIELDS

This project provides removal of old roofing materials and installation of new roofing materials, to include all drip edge and metal fascia at the youth baseball fields on MAFB. The three baseball fields are located between 70th St & Oak St on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The total roofing square footage of the six dugouts is approximately 2,200 SF. The dugouts are a single-pitch roof with no ridge cap, hip/valleys. Cap flashing will need to be installed on the leading edge of the shingles to prevent wind damage. The total roofing square footage of the concessions building is approximately 2,000 SF. The concessions building is a gable roof with an intersecting hip roof overhang.
