REPAVING OF LOADING AREA AND ROADWAY NEAR BUILDING 185

Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses,
and insurance necessary to prepare existing asphalt/rock surface and repair/repave the loading area and roadway near
Building 185 and Building 98. The base line item includes repair/repave of the loading area near Building 185 and the option
line item includes repair/repave of the roadway near Building 185 and Building 98. All work will be conducted at USCG Base
Elizabeth City around Building 185 and Building 98. See attached SOW for project requirements. Quotes must be submitted by
NOON Eastern Time on 9/15/2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to frank.m.powers@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14
(Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. This procurement
is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 237310. The small business standard is $45M. All eligible sources
may submit a quote which will be considered by the United States Coast Guard. Those submitting quotes that do not have an
active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the small business size requirement of this solicitation will be considered ineligible.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price
contract resulting from this solicitation. Refer to Section L, 52.237-27, for MANDATORY site visit information. Questions about
this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than 1200
9/11/2025. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral
questions will be accepted.
