The quoter (prime contractor) must be registered or authorized to do business in Germany (such as the Handelsregister, Gewerbe-Anmeldung, or equivalent) (see also Paragraph entitled Authorization to Perform Work in Germany in the General Preamble of the Specification). A copy of this registration or authorization must be provided prior to award of the purchase order. English translations of the documents are not required by this provision. 4. All quotations must be submitted in Euro.
