2. Provide Questions and Answers (attached). No further questions.
3. Include full text of clause 52.225-9 Buy American-Construction Materials and provision 52.225-10 Notice of Buy American
Requirement-Construction Materials. (Alternate I) and
4. Incorporate the mandatory contract clause FAR 52.222 90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as
required by Executive Order 14398.

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached);
2. Provide Attachment 4 LED Light List, to clarify location, type, and quantity and other site visit notes (see attached).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0445 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Integrated Cropping Systems Research in Brookings, SD has a requirement for replacement of fluorescent lighting with LEDs. See attached Statement of Work for a complete description of requirements.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210.  The small business size standard is $19M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
