REPLACE LIGHTHOUSE WELL PUMP, POINT REYES N.S.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 (effective 8/7/25). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/52. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations, numbered as 140P8325Q0014. The NAICS code is 237110 with an associated small business size standard of $45M. This solicitation is full and open and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Basis for award is best value decision including evaluation factors of price, relative experience, and past performance. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility.

DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore has a requirement for the removal, disposal, and complete replacement of the existing Lighthouse well pump. NOTE: For full description, quoters shall refer to the Performance Work Statement in Attachment no. 3.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Government's anticipated period of performance is October 6, 2025 to December 18, 2025.

SITE VISIT. An organized site visit is not scheduled. However, quoters may contact Larry Cantrell, Civil Engineer, Point Reyes National Seashore, requesting to visit the existing Lighthouse well pump by emailing Larry_Cantrell@nps.gov.
