The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement to replace up to seven pump and motor sets.

INTRODUCTION:

The Government requires design, procurement and installation of up to seven pump and motor sets of various sizes and characteristics, including electrical modification and removal of existing sets at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. Details may be found in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333996 Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

Responses should include:

1. Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact.
2. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.
3. Overview of company’s technical capabilities including whether your company is a manufacturer, distributor or general contractor.

Submission: Provide your company’s overview of technical capabilities to meet the subject requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 10 February 2026, via email to Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.
