AMENDMENT TO REPLACEMENT OF 19 MICU/SICU CAMERAS AT SEATTLE VA MED CTR

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written notice will not be issued.      2.Solicitation number 36C26026Q0244 is issued for replacement of 19 MICU & SICU patient observation ceiling cameras. The replaced cameras need to be upgraded to an IP-based camera system with Avigilon brand name or equivalent.                                3. This will be for an open market small business set-aside acquisition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference . The NAICS code is 334510: Electromedical & Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing.                                                            5. Work will be performed at the Seattle VA Medical Center, 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108.                                          6. Period of Performance: Once awarded 90 days to complete all installations and conversions.

This purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received and to provide schematic floor drawings for the MICU and SICU.
