The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Construction, are applicable to this order. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR Part 36, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR Part 36 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
