REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED STATISTICS RATING ORGANIZATION SUBSCRIPTION - MOODY'S CREDIT VIEW RESEARCH SELECT

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ that may be issued.

It is anticipated that a sole source, firm fixed-price contract, with a base year and four one-year option periods, will be awarded to Moody's Analytics, Inc. Details pertaining to the entire scope of work are contained in the attached Purchase Description (PD). Any firm who believes it can provide the required product subscription may give written notice to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this Special Notice. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government to compete the requirement based on the responses to this Special Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
