The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements:
1. This is a non-personal services contract to provide curriculum development and execution. The Contractor shall provide personnel necessary to develop and execute the United States Air Force (USAF) Test Pilot School (TPS) curriculum at Edwards AFB (EAFB), CA. Services shall include development and presentation of classroom instruction in Space domain testing to fulfill US Space Force (USSF) test education requriements, as well as general Test Foundations and Systems Test topics; integration of laboratory and hands-on educational capaiblities; support of Space Test classroom and laboratory facilities; and support in TPS research efforts and projects. Further, the Contractor shall provide knowledge and expertise to the Commandant, the Technical Director, and the Course Director on space test education related issues. The anticipated contract award is will be a commercial, firm fixed price, 5-year IDIQ.
There are no solicitation documents; however, any vendors that believes they can meet the requirements described should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirement.
The response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.).
All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement.
