REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR SUBSISTENCE PRIME VENDOR (SPV) SUPPORT FOR SOUTHERN EUROPE/NAVY SHIPS

This is a request for information (RFI) to gauge and revalidate vendor interest in Southern Europe (Zone 2) and Western Africa (Zone 3). See prior RFI, Notice ID: 03-10-22 Request for Information – SPV Western Africa. A pdf of the original Western Africa RFI has also been attached. The Government intends to make one (1) award that will cover both zones (Southern Europe and Western Africa).

Regarding the attached RFI, if you previously responded, please advise if you are still interested in the Southern Europe/Western Africa acquisition and if any of your responses have changed. If your responses have changed or if you are responding for the first time, please return your current responses in the format of the original RFI, identifying the question number you are responding to. Note: the estimated dollar value for the Western Africa portion of the acquisition is now $1.6M for a 1-year period. If you are interested, a response is requested by Monday, October 27, 2025. DLA Troop Support may not consider responses after the deadline.
