NOTE: All RFI input is voluntary, and no compensation will be made for your firms participation. Since this is a RFI, and not a solicitation or RFP for receipt of proposals or quotations, absolutely no telephone calls will be accepted concerning this notice. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this notice.
